One of the most fought over cuts on the planet. Whether the preference is spare-ribs, or baby-back ribs, Pork Ribs are a highly coveted prize We love to eat ribs, and we love to cook ribs. The picture here shows a Saint Louis cut rib that has been cooked using the same method we use for beef ribs with a little extra time added to the warm zone. That time will depend on your taste and temperature and will produce the same "crispy outside-tender inside" of the beef ribs. I however, like sauce (coming soon ;)) on my pork ribs.
